The data submitted via the contact form (name, email, phone if given, subject, message) are used solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. No marketing use or profiling takes place.
Recipients & transfers to third countries (Art. 13 (1) (e), (f))
The shop runs technically on the Shopify Inc. platform (processor under Art. 28 GDPR). Any related data transfer to third countries takes place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the EU Commission. No further sharing with third parties takes place unless legally required.
Storage period (Art. 13 (2) (a))
Your data are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. After that they are deleted, unless statutory retention periods (e. g. tax or commercial law) apply. Deletion typically happens a few months after the matter is closed.
